In accordance with that ordinance, a <br />copy of which is attached, it will be necessary for you to make application <br />for a mining permit and submit with your application existing topography <br />of the site, proposed grades upon completion, and the estimated cubic yards <br />to be removed. <br /> <br />Any further mining prior to acquisition of a mining permit is a misdemeanor <br />and subject to penalties thereof. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Ci'i-I~ OF R~MSEY <br /> <br />Clayton R.
