Councilmembez Van Wagnex introduced the foll~ing zeso]ution and moved for its adoption: RESO~3TION %84-219 RESOLUTION APPR~ING PARTIAL PAY FOR AR00N CONS~RgL'i'iON G~ANY (PR~ECT %84-12 AND %84-18 ~NK SANITARY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted this resolu- tion approving the foll~ing project in the City of Resolution %84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. AhD WTtEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction C~mpany for the construction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated October 17, 1984 to Arcon Construction Ccmpany in the mmount of $75,104.62. NGW ~EREFORE, BE IT ~S(~V~D BY HE CITY OOUNCIb OF ~ CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA OODNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as foll(~s: 1) ~hat the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for Trunk Sanitary Sewe in the ~nount of $75,104.62. 2) ~hat the City Council of the City of Pamsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) Gat the total amount of this partia/ pmyment is not included in Resolution %84-222 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on October 23, 1984 that approved payment of the bills for the month of October. 4) Gat the City of Ramsey Finance Depar~ent be provided a signed co~y of this resolution. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilme~r Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Re]m~nn and Sorteberg and the foll~ing voted against the same: Councilmember Schlueter
