Peter <br /> City.Council <br /> on <br /> AugUst <br /> ~aat~kka of. Bak~nson Anderson ~ssociates, Inc. has prepared plan~ <br /> and specifications for the ~mprove~ent of 149th Avenue N.M. <br /> between the vest plat boundary of ~ver's Bend to Waco Street <br /> N.~. (~.S.A.S..Str~t) and has presented such plans and <br /> specifications to the ~amsey City Council for approval. <br /> <br /> NO~ ~EREFORE~ BE IT ~ESOLVED BY THE CITg COONClL OF THE ClTg <br /> <br /> 1) That such plans and specifications, copy <br /> _ <br /> of <br /> ~hic~ <br /> is at~ hereW ~ ~ a ~rt ber~f, are her~ a~rov~. <br /> __ <br /> 2) Tha~ the City }dm~n~strator/Clerk shall prepare and <br /> cause to be ~nserted ~n the official paper and ~n the <br /> Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon t~e m~king <br /> of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. <br /> The advertisement shall be published for t~enty-one.(21) days, <br /> shall specify the work to be done, shall state }hat b~ds will be <br /> received by the City Administrator/Clerk until 11:00 A.~. on <br /> December 10, 1984, at which ti~e they v~ll be publicly opened in <br /> the Council Chambers of the Ra~sey ~un~cipal Center by the City <br /> Admin~strator/C~erk and City Engine,.r, ~ill then be tabulated, <br /> ~11 be considered by the C~ty Council at 7:30 on <br /> and <br /> December 11, 1984 in the Council Chamber~ of the Ramsey ~unic~pal <br /> C~nter,. and that no bids ~ill be considered unless sealed and <br /> f~led ~]th the City Administrator/Clerk and accompanied by a cash <br /> de,sit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to <br /> ~e clerk .for five (5) ~r ~nt of ~e ~unt of su~ bid. <br /> The mot~n for the adoption of the adopt}on of the foregoing <br /> resolution ~as duly seconded by Counc~l~ember Rei~ann and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br /> · <br /> ~er~f: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Counc~l~embers Van Wagner, Relmann and <br /> ~rt~rg. <br /> ~ ~e foll~ ~ agai~t ~e ~: <br /> <br /> ~ci~r S~l~ter <br /> <br /> ~lut~on ~84- ZZ8 <br /> <br /> <br />
