Councilmember and moved for its adoption: introduced the RES(HIITION ~84- followin9 resolution RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR (Project ~84-12 AND ~84-18 Trunk Sanitary Sewer) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the following resolution approving the following Cf ty of R~msey: Resolution ~84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. ARCON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Ramsey adopted project in the W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramse¥ adopted Resolution ~84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the oonstruction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of ~{akanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated November 19, 1984, Arcon Construction Company in the amount of $390,266.32. NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANCKA CU3NTY, SgI%TE OF MINNESUI~, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for Trunk Sanitary Sewer in the amount of $390,266.32. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 184- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 27, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of Novamber. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed coI~y of this resolution.
