Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESflJ3TION ~84- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR A (Project 884-13 Pt~house No. 1) & K WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the following resolution approving the following City ofRamsey: CONSTRUCTION, INC. Ramsey adopted project in the Resolution $84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guaranty Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Resolution ~84-213 awarding the bid to A for the oonstruct/on of Pure,house No. 1; and City of Ramsey adopted & K Construction, Inc. WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of ]~akanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated November 19, 1984, A & K Construction, Inc. in the amount of $11,787.22. NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN(IiA (II]NTY, S~!%TE (F MINNESOta, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to A & K Construction, Inc. for Pumphouse No. 1 in the amount of $ 11 , 7 87 . 2 2 . 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the form for this part/al payment. hereby release 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution %84- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 27, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of N Over, bet. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed o~py of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor ~ereof: Resolution %84-
