I I I I I I I I I Councilmember and moved for its adoption: introduced the RES(~DTION ~84- following resolution RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY (Project 884-13 Municipal Well No. 1) WHEREAS, the City Council the following resolution approving City of Ramsey: FOR BERGERSON CASWELL, INC. of the City of Ramsey adopted the following project in the Resolution 884-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guaranty Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. WHEREAS, the City Council of Resolution 884-147 awarding the bid for the oonstruction of Municipal Well No. 1) the City of Ramsey adopted to Bergerson Caswell, Inc. WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Bakanson Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated 1984, Bergerson Caswell, Inc. in the amount of Anderson, November 19, $19,655.70. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANC~A CGUNTY, S~IE f~ MINNES09!% as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes final payment to Bergerson Caswell, Inc. for Municipal Well No. 1 in the mount of $19,655.70. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 884- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 27, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of November. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
