Councilmember introduced the following ~esolution and moved for its adoption: ]~SCi..~TION t84- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR R & S ASPHALT COMPANY (Street Improvement Projects 184-20 and t84-21) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the following resolution approving the following Ci~ of Ramsey: Ramsey adopted project in the Resolution t84-139 adopted August 14, 1984 for bicycle lanes and overlay on 153rd Avenue N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. and W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution %84-205 awarding the bid to ~ & S Asphalt Company for bicycle lanes and overlay on 153rd Avenue N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment in his letter dated November 19, 1984, to H & S Asphalt Company in the amount of $15,745.84. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P4%MSEY, ANGKA (I~NTY, S~!~TE OF MINNESOta, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes final payment to H & S Asphalt Company for construction of Street Improvement Projects t84-20 and t84-21 for bicycle lanes and overlay to 153rd Avenue N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. in the ~m~ount of $15,745.84. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final p~yment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 184- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 27, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of November. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed oopy of this resolution.
