Th3s letter is from Jim Plemel of the Anoka <br /> County Auditor's office. For.so~ reason, this letter did not get to me <br /> and I received a copy just th~s past week from Mr. Plemel after you <br /> m contacted me regarding this matter. <br /> I have spoken with Mr. Ple~l and he advises me that the City cannot get <br /> an abate~nt on all of the ~elinquent taxes, and it can only get an <br /> m abatement on thos~ taxes ~ch a~ delinquent in 1983 and thereafter, as <br /> that 3s the year ~n which we rece3ved our deed.
