Councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESC~UTION ~84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OF AN ADDITIONAL BILL FOR THE MONTH OF <br />NOV~ER, 1984 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has <br />received certain additional bill which is as follows: <br /> <br />City Attorney's legal fee billing for October, <br />1984 in the 4amount of $2,106.75 <br /> <br /> AND WBEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is <br />required to authorize the payment of the attached additional <br />bill. <br /> <br />NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANG{KA CGUNTY, S~3~TE OF MINNESOOA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />approves the payment of the additional bill for the month of <br />October, 1984, in the z~nount of $2,106.75. <br /> <br /> 2) That it is further directed that the City of Ramsey <br />Finance Department be furnished a o~l~y of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />ther~n, the following voted in favor ther~f: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of Nov~nber, 1984. <br /> <br />and adopted by <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATILT: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of the <br />above referenced resolution. <br /> <br />City Acoountant <br /> <br /> <br />
