Lighting at existing fields. <br /> <br />3. Tennis courts at Central Park and River's Bend Park. <br /> <br />4. Creative Play equipment at Central Park and River's Bend Park. <br /> <br />5. Park building at Central Park for ooncession sales, storage, rest rooms <br /> and canopy picnic area. <br /> <br /> 6. Additional equipment needed for maintenance of parks, i.e., mowers. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding having City Planner Anne Norris review the <br /> propased layout of Central Park an~ that it will probably be necessary to <br /> retain an electrical consultant to layout a lighting plan for Central Park. <br /> ~ Park Board And Ramsev Comunltv Education Task Force: <br /> f~airman Donovan stated that Council has appointed him to a C~t,,,unity <br /> Education Task Force; there have been a couple meetings held; and the Task <br /> Force will be reporting their total assessment of the Community School <br /> Program to R~nsey Council about the middle of Decenber. <br /> (km~issioners Lichter and Johnson stated that there are inequities in the <br /> Co~waunity School Progr~: <br /> <br /> 1. All of Ramsey, through their tax dollars, contributes to the Ramsey <br /> God,unity School Progr~ and there are actually several co~unity <br /> school programs serving the people of Ramsey (Parker elementary in <br /> Elk River, Lincoln and Franklin in Ancka, and Ramsey). <br /> <br /> 2.
