Mr. Jacobson made a motion that all members of <br />the Commission receive a subscription to "Multichannel News". Mr. Melrose se- <br />conded. All voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jacobson requested that the by-laws be changed to reflect that the Commission <br />could take no action on an item unless it had been presented to them at least <br />three days previous to the request for action. Mr. Jacobson also asked that he <br />receive copies of Group W's internal publication, and that the Cable Commission <br />meetings be cablecast. Mr. Jacobson moved to ask Group W to televise the Commi- <br />ssion meetings. Mr. Melrose seconded. Misters Hartman, Jacobson, and Melrose <br />voted in favor. Misters Beissel and Reimann voted against. Mr. Dulgar abstained. <br />Motion carried.
