6. It was asked at the last meeting what is the price range of the homes to be built. Is that information <br /> available at this time? <br /> <br />According to Vice Chairperson Johnson, he indicated that Ramsey recently adopted this concept of high <br />density housing versus large lots because of problems encountered with large lot owners when City <br />sewer and water is available. Why "make it available" if it is not needed? In other words, if the City <br />were to keep the cluster housing away from the large lot owners, why would there be a need for City <br />water and sewer? We have already paid thousands of dollars to install and maintain individual needs of <br />these resources. <br /> <br />In my opinion, placing cluster housing in a rural setting is like placing dog poop in your brownie mix.
