II and phase IlL I feel we really need to seriousIy look at the present lot sizes and change <br />them now before the community septic, etc., is in place even before the phase I project. <br />If this is really the "Preliminary pIat' we should be able to make changes now. This <br />would be the most intelligent and economic thing to do. <br /> <br />I do agree with keeping our area rural as much as possible; not putting city lots in the <br />middle of present acreage. I feel if we can not do anything about the current ordinance in <br />this project or at least this phase, we could at Ieast look at the Iot sizes and compromise to <br />a solution we can all tolerate.
