Is that information <br /> available at this time? <br /> <br />According to Vice Chairperson Johnson, he indicated that Ramsey recently adopted rids concept ofhi~ <br />density homing versus large lots became of problems encountered with large lot owners when City <br />sewer and water is available. Why "make it available" if it is not needed? In other words, if the City <br />were to keep the cluster homing away from the large lot owners, why would there be a need for City <br />water and sewer? We have already paid thousands of dollars to install and maintain individual needs of <br />ti'l¢se reso c!l'¢es. <br /> <br />In my opinion, placing cluster homing in a rural setting is like placing dog poop in your brownie mix.
