I feel we realIy need to seriously look at the present lot sizes and change <br />them now before the community septic, etc., is in place even before the phase I project. <br />If this is really the "Preliminary plat" we should be able to make changes now. This <br />wou/d be the most intelligent and economic thing to do. <br /> <br />I do a~ree with keeping our area rural as much as possible; not putting cky lots in the <br />m/ddl~ of present acreage. I feel if we can not do anything about the current ordinance in <br />this project or at least this phase, we could at Ieast look at the lot sizes and compromise to <br />a solution we can all tolerate.
