FC CASE # <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION ON FIRE SERVICE IN BURNS TOWNSHIP <br /> By: Dean Kapler, Fire Chief <br /> <br /> Background: <br /> <br />For some time staff and representatives Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Pearson have been in <br />discussions with Bums Township dealing with the possibility of a joint venture for fire service. <br />The primary benefit for Ramsey would be to enhance coverage on the northern end of the city <br />without a capital investment in an additional fire station. (Station #3) <br /> <br />Bums Township has decided to have Ramsey cover the entire township until details of a joint <br />venture can be worked out and agreed on.
