Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Cook, Councilmember Olson, and Mayor <br />Gamee. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Elvig. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve the regular meeting <br />minutes of January 17, 2006 as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
