Additionally, the City may grant a deferral in situations where its <br />hard~hlps standards and guidelines have not been met if exceptional and <br />unusual circumstances ex/st and no preference or discriminatory tmannent <br />will occur. <br /> <br />This deferral is subject to the provisions of l~fmnesota Statutes 435.193. <br /> <br />Unimproved property deferral. The City may also defer the assessment~ <br />of improvements with respect to propexty which is not dimc~y and <br />immedintely affected by the improvement for which the assessment is <br />levied.
