CASE # 2 <br /> <br />Discussion of Functions and Values Preliminary Report from PEC <br />By: Chris Anderson, Zoning & Recycling Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the March 6, 2006 EPB meeting, Staff was directed to add a discussion of the preliminary <br />functions and values report, submitted by Peterson Environmental Consulting (PEC), to the April <br />agenda. Board Members were subsequently asked to review the report in detail prior to the April <br />meeting and be prepared to discuss and/or present any questions/concerns regarding the <br />preliminary report. This discussion will enable Staff to provide PEC with feedback from the <br />EPB prior to their presentation of the final report. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends formulating a synopsis of any questions on, or concerns with, the preliminary <br />inventory report. Staff can then relay this information to PEC so that they are prepared to <br />respond to and/or address them when they present the final report to the EPB. <br /> <br />EPB Action <br /> <br />Based on discussion. <br /> <br />EPB: 4/3/06 <br /> <br /> <br />
