<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND STORMWATER MAINTENANCE <br />AGREEMENT RELATED TO A BUILDING AND PARKING LOT EXPANSION AT <br />RD <br />7150 143 AVENUE NORTHWEST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Soderholm & Associates Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”, has <br />properly applied for a Site Plan review for a building expansion and associated site improvements <br />on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />TH PT OF THE W 31 RODS OF THE SW1/4 OF SW1/4 OF SEC 27-32-25 DESC AS <br />FOL, COM AT THE NW COR THEREOF, TH E ALONG THE N LINE THEREOF A <br />DIST OF 511.5 FT TO E LINE OF SD W 31 RODS, TH S ALONG THE E LINE T <br />HEREOF A DIST OF 448.92 FT, TH NWLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO PT ON W LINE <br />THEREOF DIST 335.51 FT S FROM THE NW COR THEREOF AS MEAS ALONG SD <br />W LINE, TH N ALONG SD W LINE A DIST OF 335.51 FT TO THE PT OF B EG (EX <br />PRT PLATTED AS GATEWAY NORTH IN D PARK) EX RD; SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br /> <br />(“Subject Property”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for the Site Plan <br />review on April 27, 2023 and that the minutes of said Planning Commission meeting are hereby <br />incorporated by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan and recommended approval <br />of the request. <br /> <br />th <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the request at a regular meeting on May 9, 2023. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />related to the building expansion and site improvements (including stormwater basins), <br />contingent upon review as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Site Plan for the proposed building <br />expansion and associated site improvements on the Subject Property contingent upon the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the Permittee enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />b. Plan revisions in accordance with Staff’s review comments. <br />c. That a separate building permit is required. <br /> <br />
