relating to the single family housing projects to the north on Parcel 46 it appeared that the City Council would be <br />open to rezoning. Staff would like to know if the Council would be open to a zoning change or if it would prefer <br />the project to be located in or adjacent to COR 1 zoning in the heart of the COR development. <br />Timeframe: <br />30 minutes <br />Funding Source: <br />No City funding is anticipated.
