CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Conncilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Civil Engineer II Leonard Linton <br />Ass't Community Development Dir/HRA Executive Dir. Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />City Attomey William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:02 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Conncilmember Elvig announced the following events: <br /> · 5k Run/Walk for Literacy on April 29th. The dollars raised will be contributed to Ramsey <br /> Elementary School with a bonus for the school with the most registrations. <br /> · Boy Scout Fundraising Breakfast on April 20th <br /> · Simulcast for Leadership Conference at Lord of Life Church on May 5th <br /> <br />City Council / March 28, 2006 <br />Page 3 of 31 <br /> <br /> <br />
