9. That the City is requesting that both 177th Avenue is constructed to the limits of the plat to <br /> facilitate future road connections, making the cul-de-sac approximately 1,100 feet in length. <br /> <br /> 10. That future connection of 177th Avenue to Highway 47 will provide an additional access for <br /> the proposed subdivision and will result in being compliant with City Code. <br /> <br /> 11. That the special conditions causing the undue hardship do not result from the actions of the <br /> Applicant. <br /> <br />8. That if granted, the variance will not grant special privilege that is denied to other owners of <br /> lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />9. That, if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br /> properly. <br /> <br /> 10. That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the Ramsey <br /> Zoning Chapter or other property in the area. <br /> <br /> 11.
