The EDA met on May 11 and adopted a unanimous motion to recommend approval to the City Council of the <br />attached Purchase Agreement and Right of Re -Entry Agreement as presented, subject to City Attorney review. <br />A copy of the draft EDA minutes from 5-11-2023 is attached to the case for review.
