Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-110 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPOINT AN ENVIROMENTAL POLICY BOARD MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, there is a current vacancy on the Environmental Policy Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the application materials from the three <br />remaining candidates not previously appointed to a Board or Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recommends appointing Mr. Michael Heifner to fill the <br />vacancy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to Adopt Resolution #23-110 to do the following: <br />1) Appoint Mr. Michael Heifner to a partial term on the Environmental Policy Board, <br />ending March 31, 2024. <br />The motion for the adoption of the 'foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of May, 2023. <br />
