Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-108 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS FOR <br />RIVERSTONE SOUTH SECOND AND THIRD ADDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Riverstone South Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- and - <br />Riverstone South Third Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Properties); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br />Riverstone South Second Addition on December 13, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br />Riverstone South Third Addition on May 9, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested an amendment to the approved Development <br />Agreements to correct typographical errors and establish a method to request reductions to their Letter <br />of Credit as improvements are completed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the amendment to the Development Agreements <br />for Riverstone South Second and Third Additions. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23rd <br />day of May, 2023. <br />
