NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MN <br />OPUS21 MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS MASTER AGREEMENT <br />OPUS21 Agreement Number: 4031 <br />Date: February 1, 2008 <br />Addendum: February 1, 2023 <br />The city of Ramsey and OPUS21 Management Solutions, LLC, entered into a Master Agreement dated <br />February 1, 2008, for the provision of software products and related services. Both the City and OPUS21 <br />wish to extend this agreement for an additional 5-year period.
