Location of building, structure or parcel to which, or upon which, the sign is <br />to be attached or erected. <br /> <br />Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest <br />buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and property lines, along <br />with location and square footage areas for ail existing signs on. the same <br />premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale." <br /> <br />Blueprint or ink drawing Of the plans and specifications, and method of <br />construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all <br />dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and <br />details of any light shields or shades. <br /> <br />Copy of stress sheets Md calculations, showing the structure is designattd <br />for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by ti'tis and all other <br />o[dinances .of the Ci~, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building <br />'Official. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may require <br />additional information concerning safety. <br /> <br />An agreement with the City which would authorize and direct ~he CiD' bf <br />Ramsey to. remove the. sign' and sign structure, at the expense of the <br />applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance is not <br />furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the <br />m. aintenance required by the City. <br /> <br />9.12.18 Permit Issuance or Denial <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, <br />alteration, or relocation of a sign within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a. completed application <br />and non-refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws and <br />regulations of the City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. When a permit is denied, written notice'shall be pmv/ded to the <br />applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or <br />Building Official may suspend .or revoke an issued perrdt for any false statement or <br />misrepresentation of fact in the application. <br /> <br />9.12.19 Refunds <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. if'an issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant within ninety <br />(90) days of issuance, and if no inspections have been made and no work authorized by the <br />permit has been performed, fifty percent (50%) of the permit fee may be refunded to the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br /> <br />
