ORDINANCE NO. 0~08 CI~D' OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNIY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITf PURPOSES IN THE CI~' OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORI~' This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Char~er of the City of Rarnsey, ' Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: All drainage and utility easements ~ying over, under and across Lot 1, Block 1,Westby First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City CharLer Section 5.07~ PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this the 11 th day of April, 2006.
