AUTHORI~' <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of the Home <br />Rule Char~er of the City of Rarnsey, ' <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />412.851 <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />drainage and utility easement is hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> All drainage and utility easements <br /> ~ying over, under and across Lot <br /> 1, Block 1,Westby First Addition, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3.
