ORDINANCE NO. 06-11 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, to wit: <br /> <br />A I0.00 foot drainage and utility easement over, under, and across those parts of Lots 9 and 10, <br />Block 1, HIGHLANDS AT RIVER PARK 4TM ADDITION, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, the center line of said easement described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northwest comer of said Lot 10, thence westerly along westerly extension of <br />said Lot 10, a distance of 35.73 feet to the point of beginning of said centerline to be described; <br />thence southerly to the southwest comer of said Lot 10 and said center line there terminating. <br />The side lines of said easement are prolonged or shortened to terminate at the westerly extension <br />of Lot 10 and the southerly line of said Lots 9 and 10. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter <br />Section 5.07. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this the 11th day of April, 2006. <br /> <br />Introduction Date: February 28, 2006 <br />Posting Dates: February 28 - April 12, 2006 <br />Adoption Date: April I 1, 2006 <br />Publication Date: April 14, 2006 <br />Effective Date: May 15, 2006 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
