Member Riley commented that this facility would be a much better location noting that he has <br />spent a lot of time in previous years at the existing Anoka/Ramsey location. <br />Motion by Member Stewart, seconded by Member Lindahl, to recommend to City Council to <br />approve the Purchase Agreement and Right of Re -Entry Agreement for B & A Cylinder site (37a), <br />subject to City Attorney review. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wiyninger, Members Stewart, Lindahl, Howell, <br />MacLennan, and Riley. Voting No: None. Absent: Member Johnson. <br />5. MEMBER / STAFF UPDATE <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan commented on the successful business expo, noting <br />about 650 attendees. He noted an upcoming City Council worksession to consider an apartment <br />complex on City owned land and also provided an update on proi, ess on development and <br />improvement projects. <br />Chairperson Wiyninger thanked staff for the wor <br />did to create a succ- business expo. <br />Economic Development ManagefSullivan recognized the work of Wen <br />coordinating and administrating these great events. <br />6.
