The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for an Easement Vacation to vacate all platted drainage and utility easements and portions of Ferret St NW right-of-way in the following parcels, generally located and legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Hy-10 Ramsey 2nd Addition Lot 2, Block 1, Hy-10 Ramsey 4th Addition Lot 3, Block 1, Hy-10 Ramsey 4th Addition Anoka County, Minnesota The intention is to re-establish easements and rights -of -way. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Dana Verbeek at 763-433-9824 by noon on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
