Norman <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br />Nancy Saatela, Anoka County Assessing - Residential <br />Mike Ducklow, Anoka County Assessing - Residential <br />John Leone, Anoka County Assessing - Senior Appraiser <br />CommerciallIndustrial <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting ofthe Board of Review to order at 6:03 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Flo Kahlstorf was present to express concern about the valuation for her vacant parcel - <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Gateway North. <br /> <br />Mr. Leone stated that by coming to the local Board of Review, options are kept open to <br />appear before the County Board <br /> <br />Gary Reimann, 18008 Waco Street NW, stated that he has been in Ramsey for 38 years. <br />His taxes went up $300 last year and this year up $921. The valuation really jumped. He <br />stated he was sent a correction for next year's valuation - the first was $247,000 and then <br />up to $254,000. He suggested there must be a mistake - the value must be wrong. He <br />reported that his valuation was $91,000 in 1995 and now it is up to $254,000.
