Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF A CHURCH IN THE E-1 EMPLOYMENT <br />DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # ~ AND DECLARING TIlE <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Assembly of God Community, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit to <br />operate a Church in the E-1 Employment District on the property located at 6361 Sunfish Lake <br />Court, Suite 300 legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Oakridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Planning Commission met on April 6, 2006, conducted a public heating <br />and recommended that the City Council approve the request to operate a Church in the <br />E-1 Employment District. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This per_imit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Permittee is herein allowed to operate a Church and Parish Offices at 6361 Sunfish Lake <br /> Court, Suite 300. <br /> <br />2) The Permittee shall secure written permission from the building owner for the parking of up <br /> to 28 vehicles on the Subject Property. Such written permission shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The Permittee shall secure written permission from RDTM Properties to use their parking lot <br />for overflow parking at 6360 Sunfish Lake Court. Such written permission shall be provided <br />to the City. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />The Permittee shall refrain from parking cars on County Road 57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard) <br />and limit the amount of overflow cars on Sunfish Lake Court as not to impede or restrict <br />traffic flow. <br /> <br />5) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval of same and shall expire on <br /> May 1, 2009. <br /> <br />-208- <br /> <br /> <br />
