WHEREAS, City Staff and the Developer agreed that access from the Fire Department <br />shall be derived through Lot 21, Block 5; that the Developer shall be responsible for the <br />construction of the driveway; that Lot 21 shall be deeded to the City; and the Developer shall be <br />allowed to add one additional lot to the plat for development to replace Lot 21. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the Ramsey City Council hereby ratifies Metropolitan Council approval of the <br /> amendment to reconflgure the land use designations (places to shop, public/quasi-public, and <br /> low density residential). <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the revised final plat and site plan <br /> for Meadow in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City StaffReview Letter dated April 19, 2006; <br /> b) The Engineering Memo dated April 20, 2006 from Leonard Linton to Keith Willenbring <br /> c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the.~_ollowing abstained: -. <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 25th day of April, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-04- <br /> Page 3 of 2 -303- <br /> <br /> <br />
