Buildings to be Moved into:-o* <br />within~ or out of the City <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. <br /> <br />Definitions <br /> <br /> Accessory BuildinR - A structure or a portion of a structure subordinate <br />to and serving the principal use or structure on the same lot and customarily incidental <br />thereto. <br /> <br /> Buildin~ - Any structure having a roof (roof area to exceed 120 square <br />feet) which may provide shelter or enclosure of persons or animals. <br /> <br /> Single Family Dwelling Unit or Dwelling - means pre-existing dwelling <br />structures and manufactured housing to be located in other than a mobile home park. <br /> <br /> Subject Property - means the parcel of real property on which the <br />dwelling is to be located. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. State License Required. No person shall move, remove, <br />or raise any dwelling within the limits of the City without a license to do so from the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. City Permits Required <br /> <br />A Moving Permit, issued bv the City. is required to move any <br />dwellinq out of the City or any accesso~w bnilding, with a roof area <br />that exceeds 120 square feet. into. within, or out of the City. <br /> <br />A Building Permit: issued by the City: is also required to move a <br />dwelling or accessory building into or within the City. <br /> <br />In ~'a:*: ...... kc ~'":~'a; ..... ;* A Dwelling Moving Permit <br />("DMP"). issued by the City, in addition to the Building Permit, is <br />required to move a dwelling into or within the City: if mn)' cf t!:e <br /> <br />Clty. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Exemption to DMP. Prefabricated flamed panels for <br />dwellings approved by the State of Minnesota are exempt from obtaining a DMP. <br /> <br />-323- <br /> <br /> <br />
