City of #,k <br />RAMSEY <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />7230 152nd Ave NW <br />PRIVATE KENNEL LICENSE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, <br />Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for Private Kennel License to house 6 dogs on <br />the property generally known as 7230 152nd Ave NW and legally described as: <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township: The East 200 feet of the West 2400 feet of the South 220 Feet of <br />the North 880 feet of the Southeast quarter of Section 21, Range 32, Township 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, subject to road easement over the North 33 feet thereof. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
