The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Final Plat known as Bunker Lake Industrial Park 4th Addition and Site Plan Review for Buildings 5, 6, and 7 on the property generally located south of Bunker Lake Boulevard and east of Puma Street and legally described as follows: Outlot A, Bunker Lake Industrial Park 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Dana Verbeek 763-433-9824 by noon on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. All interested persons are invited to attend in person or join remotely from a PC, Mac, Linus, IOS, or Android at www.citvoframsev.com/meetinas, to comment on the applications. Remote attendees desiring to speak to the Planning Commission are asked to use their webcam. Comments are welcome and shall be sent to planning@cityoframsey.com or addressed to the Ramsey Planning Commission, at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
