CC Regular Session 5.10. <br />Meeting Date: 06/ 13/2023 <br />By: Todd Larson, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #23-116 Approving the Reconstruction Agreement for Ferrellgas L.P. (New Skelgas) at 7255 <br />Highway 10 NW. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On May 9, 2023, the City Council approved the Site Plan Review for Ferrellgas for a new building and site <br />improvements that are a result of the upcoming Highway 10 reconstruction project. Attached is an agreement <br />guaranteeing the site improvements will be done according to the approved plans. This agreement is different <br />from the typical Development Agreements that are needed for site improvements related to a building project due <br />to the partial acquisition process by Anoka County. The County has drafted the agreement to be in line with the <br />takings process for such projects while guaranteeing that the site improvements will get completed in a timely <br />manner according to plans. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to sign <br />the Reconstruction Agreement. <br />Action: <br />Motion to approve Resolution #23-116 Approving the Reconstruction Agreement for Ferrellgas L.P.
