Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-133 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2023 STRATEGIC PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on April 24, June 6 and June 13, 2022, to update <br />the City Council's existing Strategic Action Plan to guide key policy, planning and capital <br />projects for the next 12 months; and <br />WHEREAS, by consensus recommendation, the City Council directed Staff to <br />bring forward a final draft of the 2023 Strategic Action Plan for adoption <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City of Ramsey adopts the 2023 Strategic Action Plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
