<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />SODERHOLM & ASSOCIATES BUILDING EXPANSION AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. Soderholm & Associates Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Permittee” has properly <br />applied for Site Plan approval for a building expansion and associated site improvements <br />rd <br />on the property generally known as 7150 143 Avenue NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of the West 31 rods of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwest corner thereof, then East along the North line thereof a distance of 511.5 <br />feet to the East line of said West 31 rods, then South along the East line thereof a <br />distance of 448.92 feet, then Northwesterly in a straight line to point on the West <br />line thereof a distance of 335.51 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof as <br />measured along said West line, then North along said West line a distance of 335.51 <br />feet to the point of beginning (except that part platted as Gateway North Industrial <br />Park) excluding road; subject to easements of record. <br /> <br /> (“Subject Property”) <br /> <br />2. That Representative Investments, LLC is the fee owner of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittee appeared before the Planning Commission for site plan review on April <br />27, 2023 and that said meeting was properly advertised and that the minutes of said meeting <br />are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />th <br />4. That the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan on April 27, 2023, and <br />recommended approval. <br /> <br />5. That the City Council reviewed and approved the Site Plan and a Stormwater Maintenance <br />Agreement on May 9, 2023. <br /> <br />6. That the Permittee has now supplied the cost estimate for the site improvements, which is <br />needed to draft the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />7. That the City Council reviewed the Development Agreement on May 23, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
