<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-134 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRIVATE KENNEL LICENSE TO JAMI LYNN <br />nd <br />BENNWITZ AT 7230 152 AVE. NW. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jami Lynn Bennewitz, hereafter referred to as “Applicant,” properly applied <br />for Private Kennel License approval for the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />UNPLATTED RAMSEY TWP THE E 200 FT OF THE W 2400 FT OF THE S <br /> 220 FT OF THE N 880 FT OFTHE SE1/4 OF SEC 21-32-25 ANOKA <br /> CNTY, MN(SUBJ TO ROAD EASE OVER THE N 33 FT THEREOF) <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Inspection Staff conducted an inspection of the property to verify habitability <br />and safety for the dogs and occupants of the home <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff believes the property is suitable for the Private Kennel License with <br />appropriate maintenance of property, including but not limited to the exterior fencing. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, agrees to maintain compliance with all applicable State Laws and Local <br />Ordinances pertaining to the keeping of six dogs on the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval for the private kennel license in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Repair and maintain fence; and <br />b) Correct existing exterior nuisance code violations; and <br />c) Maintain yard free from excrement; and <br />d) Ensure dogs are current on all vaccinations <br /> <br />2) That the applicant, Jami Lynn Bennwitz is the sole holder of the Private Kennel License. The <br />license is not transferrable to any other property or owner. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
