SUB. NUMBER 96
("Subject Property")

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating
to the request are determined to be as follows:

1. That the City Council granted the applicant's request for an interim use permit to conduct the
sales and outdoor display of vehicles for sale on December 13, 2005.

6. That the Applicant has requested to amend the existing Interim Use Permit to include retail
sales and outdoor display on the Subject Property, generally, and not be restricted to vehicle
sales.

7. That the surrounding properties are a mixture of manufacturing and retail, auto-related uses.

8. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons
residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare.

9. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market
value of surrounding property.

10.
