Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-05- A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO MAXIMUM CUL- DE-SAC LENGTH IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF WILD OAKS OF RAMSEY AND DECLARING TERMS OF THE SAME. WHEREAS, Ron Tallman (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally located south of 173ra Avenue and southeast of Puma Street and legally described as follows: The west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND The north 447.60 feet of the east 526.00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, respectively, of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 8, Township 32, Range 25, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota AND That part of the east 542.00 feet, as mea0ured parallel with the north line of said northeast quarter of the ribrthwest quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 2006, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac length requirements on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to the 600-foot cul-de-sac length, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby denied for the Subject Property. 8
