Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO MAXIMUM <br />CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF WILD OAKS OF RAMSEY <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF THE SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ron Tallman (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the <br />maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally <br />located south of 173rd Avenue and southeast of Puma Street and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range <br />25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The north 447.60 feet of the east 526.00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, <br />respectively, of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 8, Township 32, Range <br />25, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />That pa~t of the east 542.00 feet, as measured parallel with the north line of said northeast quarter <br />of the r~)rthwest quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of <br />said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, According to <br />the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 2006, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac <br />length requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to the 600-foot cul-de-sac length, as <br />established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby approved <br />for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the variance will allow Nutria Street N.W. to be a cul-de-sac no more than 1,200 <br />feet in length and lots shall not be proposed any farther than 1,000 feet from the outlet to <br />County Road 63. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
