Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-05- RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, RV World, Inc., hereina~er referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (Permit) for outdoor storage of Recreational Vehicles (RVs) and travel trailers on an unimproved surface on the property located at 14453 Llama St. and legally described as follows: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the City Council met on May 23, 2006 to review the request for an interim use permit for outdoor storage on an unimproved surface on the Subject Property. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 06-05- adopting Findings of Fact # relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit to allow outdoor storage on an unimproved surface in the R-1 Residential district. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) This permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code, based on Findings of Fact # 2) The KVs and travel trailers must be removed from the Subject Property by , 2006. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23'd day of May, 2006. 27
