Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05- . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TIlE TERMS <br />OF SAME. <br /> WHEREAS, RV World, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Pcrmittee", has properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (thc "City") for an interim use permit (Permit) to atlow outdoor storage of <br />RVs and/or travel trailers on an unimproved surface on the property located at 14453 Llama St. <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Northwest Quarter of thc Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range <br /> 25, Anoka Counv/, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on May 4, 2006, conducted a public heating <br />and recommended that the City Council approve/deny the request to store RV's and/or travel <br />trailers outdoors on an unimproved surface on the Subject Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on May 23, 2006 to review the request for an interim <br />use permit to allow for outdoor storage on an unimproved surface on the Subject Property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City <br />'Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Permittee is herein allowed to store a maximum of sixty (60) travel milers and/or <br /> recreational vehicles (RVs) in an orderly manner in a confined area not to exceed 100 feet by <br /> 225 feet located in the northern portion of the Subject Property as shown on the attached <br /> exhibit. <br /> <br />2) The Permit-tee herein agrees that all travel izailers and/or RVs will be stored on grass and <br /> such area will be mowed and trimmed on a weekly basis. <br /> <br />3) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval and shall expire on May <br /> 23,2011. <br /> <br />4) This Permit is applicable only to the outdoor storage of travel trailers and/or RVs and use of <br /> the property for the outdoor storage of any other items is prohibited. <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br /> <br />
