CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> <br />Topic Report: TH10 Access Management Project <br />By: Brian E. Olson, Director of Public Works <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council authorized Staff to send out proposals for the flint phase of the Trunk Highway 10 <br />Access Management Study in Novemeber of 2004. Ut~liT~ng tile $200,000 grant provided largely <br />with support of Congressman Kennedy, Staffhas been working with the Tinklenberg Group, SEH, <br />Anoka County, IVmDOT and the Metropolitan Council towards providing conceptual alternatives <br />for the conversion of Tnmk Highway 10 to freeway standards. Attached to this case is the <br />document that has been on the City ofRamsey website for further information. The purpose ofth/s <br />item is to inform the City Council of the progress that has been made and walk through the next <br />steps that are necessmy to come to a preferred concept alternative for each of the three interchanges <br />of ~ng Boulevard, Ramsey Boulevard and Sunfish Lake Boulevard.
