CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: New Ramsey Municipal <br />Center Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment <br />(FF&E) Update <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, Asst. City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />City staff continues to work on developing the FF&E package for the new Municipal Center and <br />would like to provide Council with an update on the budget for FF&E. Additionally, staff has <br />received pricing for painting of the existing Herman Miller office files as well as the existing <br />Herman Miller furniture buy-back offer from Intereum. Staff would like to discuss both of these <br />items with Council and provide information regarding the ancillary furniture selection process <br />for the new facility. The file painting comparison and the buy-back offer are attached for <br />Council review. <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br /> <br />Staff will be seeking direction regarding the file re-use proposal and the systems furniture buy- <br />back offer from Intereum. <br /> <br />CCWS: 05/02/2006 <br /> <br /> <br />
