NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contractor with Chosen Valley Testing, Inc. for said geotechnical services for and on <br />behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for said geotechnical services for <br />and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of June, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #23-129 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
